As we journey with families, we study them. We listen consistently, we make time to understand what we’ve heard, and we adapt our behavior and experiences to reflect what we’ve learned.

I enjoy working at FamilyLife because it is a place where we can bring all of ourselves and be authentic. It is a place where people are trusted friends, and where hard conversations are a norm. Whether it be marital issues or cultural conversations, we are able to be who God has created us to be.
